Jay Barnes represents a putative nationwide class of more than 150 million Americans in In re: Facebook Internet Tracking Litigation. The lawsuit is based on Facebook’s illegal tracking of the Internet communications of Facebook users while those users were logged-off of Facebook – even though Facebook promised those users it would respect their privacy after they logged-off of the site.
